"Just got to try out my inserts yesterday and they are nuts!! Like having a mini springborad on your feet."

"I did have to eventually take my original insole out because it felt like I was sitting too high in the shoe and was slipping however that's my only "complaint." It felt like I was bounding and for once my feet weren't in pain from the hard surface and taking patients all over our hospital. The “cloudy” cushioning really stood out to me. Despite returning to running after almost a two-year break, I was able to log 7.5 km on my first run (at a slower pace) without knee discomfort during the run, which honestly surprised me. On my second run, I did 5 km at a better pace and again felt good support through the knees while running. I did experience some shin pain post-run, but I suspect that’s more from returning to running after a long gap rather than the insoles themselves. Overall, the in-run comfort and joint support were noticeable positives."
