How Long Will My Numadx Inserts Last?

Our pneumatic inserts provide superior cushioning performance compared with foams and gels, which break down, absorb moisture and bacteria, and lose support over time. Think of your inserts like bike tires, which can change pressure over time. Pneumatic Air shoe inserts are intended to last in full performance for 4 months, and should be planned to replaced after some time of heavy use. Rather than having to buy a new pair of shoes, you can simply swap out the inserts to get that same new shoe feel for a fraction of the price.

Why Numadx Inserts Look (and Perform) Differently

They look different because they are different.

Let’s be honest – the thousands of foam and gel insoles and insert products on the market not only look the same, but offer similar "benefits". Our products are distinctly different as pressurized flat low-profile inserts designed be placed between the removable insole and midsole of the shoe and provide an unprecedented level of energy absorption and comfort.

Numadx uses lab-tested materials that are engineered to withstand high-impact, repeated, and heavy-use without degrading.

How Are Numadx Inserts Superior to Foams and Gels?

Foams and gels are “dead” in long-term cushioning response and energy absorption. We've tested it.

Foams and gels break down more rapidly, absorb high amounts of moisture and bacteria with use, and much more difficult to “optimize and tune” for individual customer size and level of activity. Our inserts don't break down as rapidly, don't absorb moisture and bacteria, and can be tuned for different use cases.

Why Isn't There Any Fabric on the Inserts?

We intentionally avoid adding fabric to our inserts to prevent common issues like foot odors and bacteria buildup caused by moisture. Instead, our inserts are made from thermoplastic polyurethane, a durable, antimicrobial material that resists bacteria and keeps your feet fresher, longer. By eliminating fabric, we ensure a cleaner, more hygienic experience with every step.

Can I Trim My Inserts?

No. Since Numadx Inserts are pressurized bladders, they should not be cut or punctured.  If for any reason the inserts are cut or punctured, they will lose pressure and should be discarded. If you experience any issues, please let us know.

There is no risk for your health or safety if they are punctured.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We're working on adding a cancellation window in the future.

If the item(s) don’t work out, you can exchange them for a preferred style or return them for a refund. And don’t worry—domestic return shipping is free!

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere in the United States. If you’d like to inquire about shipping to another destination, please contact us at support@numadx.com or use this form.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for all domestic orders at an additional cost.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the product and destination. An estimated timeframe will be provided at checkout or through your product tracking information.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

What is Your Return Policy?

Simple.  If you are dissatisfied with Numadx Inserts for any reason, we offer free exchanges or returns on all inserts within 30 days of the original delivery date. Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and return authorization details to provide a simple process to return your package.  In order to be processed, please make sure your inserts are returned in new condition and original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected your original form of payment will be credited for the full amount of the purchase price of our products. If your item is not in acceptable condition, we will contact you to discuss an option to return the product without a refund, or the possibility for an exchange. Please do not return any items without a return authorization label.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Log in to your customer account, or email us at support@numadx.com.
  • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • In the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with all tags attached.
  • Include all original packaging.
Can I Exchange my Inserts for a different style?

Since Numadx products are customized for your specific needs, we understand finding the best product solution to maximize your performance or pain relief benefits might require extra time and effort. Our passion is working with you to find the perfect customized product for your personal needs and Numadx guarantees free exchanges for all insert products within 30 days of the original delivery date. Our exchange procedures include an opportunity for you to provide feedback regarding your experience with our products. After receiving your feedback, our experts will examine your situation, and if desired provide you a recommendation for an alternate solution. Upon agreement, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and return authorization details to provide a simple process to return your package.  In order to be processed, please make sure your inserts are in new condition and original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected your exchange product will be mailed.  We will work with you to credit or debit any price differences between your original and exchange products. If your item is not in acceptable condition, we will contact you to discuss details and it may either be sent back to you without a refund, or discuss options for an exchange. Please do not return any items without a return authorization label.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s), provided they meet our return criteria. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all tags attached, and include the original packaging.

Once approved, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
