Fit Guide

Step-By-Step Guide
  • Loosen existing laces of your shoes to “very loose”, or remove them completely
  • Remove the stock or custom insole from your shoe to expose the midsole
  • Place inserts into your left and right shoes. Press them firmly around the perimeters to ensure maximum contact with the midsole
  • Replace the left and right insoles to match the Numadx Inserts and ensure maximum contact between surfaces to create the new energy absorbing system
  • Place an appropriate sock onto your foot, your foot into your shoe and re-lace for a “snug” fit.  Do not over-tighten your laces at this point.
  • Take some steps and time get a feel for your new Numadx Inserts – the benefits of pneumatic cushioning will be obvious and immediate.
  • Check your steps with lateral motions, make sure they feel good and you do not have any discomforts.  If you do, remove the inserts and repeat this process.
  • Once you feel confident, slowly begin further tightening but be careful not to over-tighten to avoid compressing the pneumatic while in the neutral position.
  • If your shoes feel too tight, try taking out your existing insole and only using Numadx.
Can I Trim My Inserts?
  • No. Since Numadx Inserts are pressurized bladders, they should not be cut or punctured.  If for any reason the inserts are cut or punctured, they will lose pressure and should be discarded.
  • There is no risk for your health or safety if they are punctured.
