NUMADX PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Numadx Offers Free Exchanges or Refunds with All Inserts
YOUR ACCOUNT
Our products are customized and in order for our experts to best provide the optimum product recommendations with your needs, we have developed our procedures through your account profile to ensure product selection and when necessary, to simplify your return and exchange order requests to ensure optimum product selection. You will find all of your exchange and return procedures through your account. If you checked out as a guest please email us with your order number and request to support@numadx.com and we will initiate the procedures with you.
RETURNS
Simple. If you are dissatisfied with Numadx products for any reason, we offer free returns on all inserts within 30 days of the original delivery date. Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and return authorization details to provide a simple process to return your package. In order to be processed, please make sure your inserts are returned in new condition and original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected your original form of payment will be credited for the full amount of the purchase price of our products. If your item is not in acceptable condition, we will contact you to discuss an option to return the product without a refund, or the possibility for an exchange. Please do not return any items without a return authorization label. It may take up to 5 days for your return or refund to be processed.
EXCHANGES
Since Numadx products are customized for your specific needs, we understand finding the best product solution to maximize your performance or pain relief benefits might require extra time and effort. Our passion is working with you to find the perfect customized product for your personal needs and Numadx guarantees free exchanges for all insert products within 30 days of the original delivery date. Our exchange procedures include an opportunity for you to provide feedback regarding your experience with our products. After receiving your feedback, our experts will examine your situation, and if desired provide you a recommendation for an alternate solution. Upon agreement, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and return authorization details to provide a simple process to return your package. In order to be processed, please make sure your inserts are in new condition and original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected your exchange product will be mailed. We will work with you to credit or debit any price differences between your original and exchange products. If your item is not in acceptable condition, we will contact you to discuss details and it may either be sent back to you without a refund, or discuss options for an exchange. Please do not return any items without a return authorization label.
