By Participating in the Numadx Loyalty Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Fair Use & Fraud Prevention: Numadx reserves the right to review and verify all submissions. Any fraudulent or incomplete entries may be disqualified from receiving rewards. To maintain fairness, rewards are limited to one per person per milestone unless otherwise specified.
Reward Programs Terms & Changes: You can choose to redeem the reward at whatever tier you are currently at. Once you redeem the reward, your points keep accumulating. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. Milestone rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of issuance.
Privacy & Data Use: By participating in this program, you consent to Numadx using your submission data for program tracking, marketing, and promotional purposes. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties. If you with to opt out of this, please let us know at info@numadx.com
Free Gift Availability & Substitutions: Numadx may, at times, offer free gifts for customers that enter our rewards program. Free gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value at Numadx’s discretion. Numadx reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue specific free gifts at any time without prior notice.
No-Cash Value and Non-Transferability: Free gifts hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for monetary compensation. Gifts are non-transferable and must be claimed by the eligible participant only.
Eligibility & Redemption: Participants must meet the milestone criteria outlined in the Numadx Loyalty Program to qualify for a free gift. Free gifts must be claimed within 90 days of notification or they may be forfeited. Numadx reserves the right to verify program participation before issuing a free gift.
Shipping and Delivery: Free gifts will be shipped at no cost within the United States. International shipping may require an additional fee, which will be disclosed at the time of redemption. Numadx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered gifts due to incorrect shipping details provided by the participant.
Changes to Terms & Conditions: Numadx may modify or discontinue the free gift program at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms & Conditions.
